Hello. I'm a psychologist specialising in workplace consultancy and strategy, workplace wellbeing, and mentoring. I help businesses engage with their people and deliver an exemplary workplace experience while aligning with their business strategy. I focus on what people need in the workplace to be successful in their role. If your people are happy and healthy they are significantly more likely to be engaged, motivated, creative, and productive.
I have an associate network who work with me on projects requiring additional skills such as: office design; diversity, equity & inclusion; ergonomics; executive coaching. I am based in Bath and work with businesses and co-working providers across the UK, all sizes & sectors.
I balance my leadership, team and organisation wide approach by providing one to one mentoring to those in the early stages of their career and to university students. This gives me a good understanding of individual needs and behaviours and includes specialist mentoring for mental health, autism and neurodiversity.
